Games for all!
During the year I remain mostly outside of the gaming race, rarely purchasing any video games. This is rather strange, considering I am an avid gamer.
The reason is simple: New Year sales and time off school. I am usually only left with after-school and weekends to actually buy games.
Well, After-school I am dead to the world, and any form of social interaction, be it going to a shop or talking to 'friends', is painful to me.
Weekends, I sleep in late usually, and just generally can't be bothered.
Money is also an issue, Christmas for me is not a time of gifts, but a time of letters. Christmas cards, because in them contained behind the paper is not only the well wishes, but some money. My paper round used to provide money (ironically, it also removed Saturday from my list of free-days, removing the one day I could ever actually BUY games) but I quit that two months ago.
The christmas money allows me to buy many things I love. So far, I have managed to obtain the following games:
Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360)
Command and Conquer 3 (Xbox 360)
The Legend of Zelda - Phantom Hourglass (DS)
Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
Worms Open Warfare 2 (PSP)
I also wish to purchase two more games, one of which is undecided and one of which is Kane and Lynch (Xbox 360). Unfortunately, the latter of which is out of stock everywhere I go.
